Exactly seven months ago today, the announcement teaser of Surya's upcoming film Surya 42 was launched. You can also call it an announcement promo or I think it was just a motion poster, the visuals of which looked very good, but what did not happen seven months back has happened today. Sun 42 has got an official name. That means the film has got the official title which is KANGUVA.
But when I searched its meaning on Google, first Google made fun of me and said that you are not searching for KANGUVA, comb is called Kango in Marathi but it is KANGUVA not Kangnawa. Kangua means mango with the power of fire and written below the title, now Mighty Valiant Sagar. Together they mean the saga of an almighty warrior with fire-like power, which is basically going to be a period drama film.
It is known to us by looking at the promo that whatever weapons or weapons, clothes, etc. shown in it are of ancient type and from the color scheme too, this movie will probably take place in the era of thousands of years ago. It seems that whatever announcements are being made from the rest of the South Industry these days, be it Pushpa 2 or KGF 3 or Leo, this KANGUVA is coming to compete in that list. The name is a bit strange, but brother, strange names are popular these days, otherwise who would have thought that by giving a female name to a male character, that film could make it so high?

Anyway, as far as I have come to know, this might be a two parts movie in which research will be done on how a warrior of the 19th decade was killed. That is, this story is going to be a story of past and present in which Disha Patani is also there. No one else was found! Anyhow Disha Patani might be a researcher of today's era who will do research about KANGUVA and then we will be revealed the story of KANGUVA, in which Mrinal Thakur's name also appears.
Again, maybe a love angle of Mrinal Thakur and Surya's character will also be shown in the 1940s. I mean its just theory.

The film is going to release between January and May of 2024. Somewhere its first teaser might be shown to us in the ending of this year.
